Her fiction and poetry have won awards from Houston Writers Guild and Houston Writers House. Her short story featuring BAILEY'S LAW detective, Jack Bailey, was published in Houston Writers Guild mystery anthology, 'Waves of Suspense'. She published articles in an NCTE periodical as well as in several newspapers. BAILEY'S LAW, was published last fall, and the next Jack Bailey novel, BLIND EYE, was released in April by Black Rose Writing. She decided to transition from mystery/crime to women's historical fiction, but still keeping her main character, Jack Bailey in the mix. Her third book, A LETTER FROM MUNICH, will come out in April, 2020. She resides in Houston with her husband and German Shepherd, Robby.\n
